Certificate requests
When you request a certificate at /apply-certificate, you sign in with Google. We receive only your Google account's name, verified email address, profile picture and account identifier — never your password. You also give us your full name, mobile number, profession and organisation and, if you are a student, your year of study and department. We use this solely to verify your participation and to issue, print and send your certificate. It is stored in our database and in our internal records (Google Workspace), and a sign-in cookie keeps you logged in for up to 30 days.
How we use your data
We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry, provide our services, and communicate about your project. We do not sell your personal data.
Your rights
Depending on your region (including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, GDPR in the EU and PIPEDA in Canada), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Contact us at info@hereandnowai.com.
